1 - Cut the tenderloin into medallions and diced each two by two centimeters, seasoned with salt and pepper half and soy sauce.

5 - Saute onions with the peppers, removing them just begin to brown. Place with the meat.
6 - Skip only (while they are cooked) tomatoes and scallions. Place with the rest.
